Performance Team Workshop

Service Description

The workshop starts with each participant discovering their unique talent themes using the Gallup Clifton Strengths Assessment. These themes are then focused for higher workplace performance and combined with the strengths of team members to take team communication, collaboration and performance to maximum levels. Price includes the cost of the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment for each participant. The team manager will receive a free 90-minute coaching session before the workshop. Follow up sessions are highly recommended.
